Services - Maintenance

We currently provide an onsite and offsite repair service on an ad-hoc or contract basis.

In the event of a breakdown one of our engineers will attend the site and repair the fault. If no diagnosis of the fault can be provided prior to the onsite visit our engineers can attend and carry out diagnostics and in many cases solve the problem onsite during the same visit.

We control and monitor replacement and faulty parts being returned to the vendor and each part will have a clearly marked fault report attached.
